Refund Policy (Digital Products)

This No Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Igor Vrhovec s.p. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold on this website are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital programs

  • Downloadable content

  • Educational materials

Due to the digital nature of these products and the fact that access to digital content begins after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Slovenian consumer protection legislation:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once:

  • Performance of the contract has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and

  • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

For the purposes of these Terms, performance is deemed to begin when access to the digital product or any part of its content is first made available, including where content is delivered gradually or on a drip basis.

By completing your purchase, you expressly:

  • Consent to the delivery of digital content in accordance with the described delivery schedule; and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital product begins.

3. No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Once access to a digital product has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued, including but not limited to cases where:

  • You change your mind

  • You decide not to use the product

  • You fail to complete the product

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • Your expectations differ from the content provided

4. Exceptions Required by Law

Refunds may be granted only where required by mandatory law, including:

  • If the digital content is not delivered

  • If the digital content is technically defective and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

  • If access cannot be provided due to an error on our side

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to the digital product

  • Restriction from future purchases

  • Legal recovery actions where permitted by law
