A contract is concluded when:

  3. Confirms acceptance of these Terms; and

  4. Successfully completes payment.

Upon completion, access to the digital product is provided without undue delay.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

  • All prices are stated in EUR (€) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment service providers.

  • The Provider does not store or process payment card details.

The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law – Digital Content Exception)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Slovenian consumer protection legislation:

Because the products offered are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the customer loses the right of withdrawal once:

  • Performance of the contract has begun;

  • The customer has given prior express consent to the delivery of digital content; and

  • The customer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

For the purposes of these Terms, performance is deemed to begin when access to the digital product or any part of its content is first made available, including through staged or drip-based delivery.

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer expressly:

  • Consents to the delivery of digital content as described on the sales page; and

  • Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access to the digital content begins.

7. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product sales page:

  • All digital product sales are final;

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided for digital products once access has begun.

Any guarantees or refund conditions offered apply only where expressly stated and solely under the conditions described for the specific product.

Non-Refundable Digital Products & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, all digital products sold by Igor Vrhovec s.p. are non-refundable once access to the digital content has begun, regardless of whether the content is delivered in full immediately or released gradually over time.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Slovenian consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where:

  • Performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and

  • The consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer expressly:

  • Consents to the delivery of digital content in accordance with the described delivery schedule; and

  • Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access to the digital content begins.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted after access has begun, except where mandatory legal provisions apply, including cases of non-delivery or material technical defects that cannot be remedied.
